American soprano Hanna Brammer is quickly establishing herself as a highly sought-after talent within the opera world. Recent engagements include Micaela CARMEN, Nuri in D’Albert’s TIEFLAND, Pamina DIE ZAUBERFLÖTE, Gilda RIGOLETTO, Juliette ROMEO ET JULIETTE and Isabella L’INGANNO FELICE for Sarasota Opera, Gilda RIGOLETTO with Mississippi Opera, Musetta LA BOHEME with Salt Marsh Opera, Woglinde DAS RHEINGOLD with Pittsburgh Festival Opera, Lauretta GIANNI SCHICCHI with Salt Marsh Opera Gilda RIGOLETTO with Opera Project Columbus and, and Micaela  LA TRAGÉDIE DE CARMEN with Memphis Opera and Painted Sky Opera.

Hanna holds a Master’s Degree from Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music, where her operatic credits include Valencienne THE MERRY WIDOW, Musetta LA BOHÈME, the title-role SEMIRAMIDE and Nella GIANNI SCHICCHI.   Hanna received her Bachelor’s of Music degree from Manhattan School of Music where she appeared as the title-role of Nina in the U.S. premiere of Paisiello’s NINAO SIA LA PAZZA PER AMORE.

In her hometown of Traverse City, Michigan, Hanna gained recognition as a featured performer for Miracle Productions Theater Company.  Over several seasons, Hanna appeared as Clara LIGHT IN THE PIAZZA, Christine in Maury Yeston’s PHANTOM and as Prudy Pingleton HAIRSPRAY.
