Laura McCulloch

Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, Laura studied Musical Theatre at The Victorian College of the Arts. After relocating to London, a variety of cabaret projects and contracts as a Lead Singer for Holland America Line, Laura landed moved to the USA in 2016 and is now based in New York.

Previous engagements include an Australasian tour of CATS where she played multiple roles including Grizabella, Jennyanydots and Jellylorum, Alexi Darling RENT at the Greenwhich Theatre, London, Flicia Lipschitz A CLASS ACT at the Landor Theatre, London, Christine Daaé in Maury Yeston’s PHANTOM with Stumptown Stages, Portland, Bea YOUR HOLIDAY HIT PARADE, Rosie MAMMA MIA and Sister Mary Amnesia NUNSENSE at the Broadway Rose Theatre, Oregon, Mrs Paroo/Mayor Shinn/Mrs Shinn THE MUSIC MAN with New York Summerfest and Mme Thérèse Defarge in Bob Jones University’s production of Jill Santoriello’s A TALE OF TWO CITIES.

Laura received the 2019 Best Supporting Actor aware for her performance in NUNSENSE from the Portland Area Musical Theatre Awards and the Best Supporting Actor in a Short Film award for her role in The Black Sheep, from the Cannes Film Festival.  Laura is a USA Greencard holder.
