British tenor Dominick Felix studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, studying with Adrian Thompson and Susan Waters and has taken part in the Clonter Masterclass Series and Workshops with British Youth Opera. His recent engagement include Rodriguez DON QUICHOTTE, Joe LA FANCIULLA DEL WEST and the Young Watchman in Charles Villiers Stanford’s THE VEILED PROPHET for Wexford Festival Opera and the Discciple in Battistelli’s WAKE and Coachman, 1st Foreman and the Drunken guest LADY MACBETH OF THE MTSENSK DISTRICT for Birmingham Opera.
Other recent engagements include Hadji LAKME for Opera Holland Park, the title-role in Britten ST NICOLAS with the Bridgewater Choral Society, Rodolfo LA BOHEME at the Opera Farm, High Wycombe, Brander/Faust (cover) FAUST for Clonter Opera, Eisenstein DIE FLEDERMAUS at the Epsom Playhouse, Brighella in Dove’s THE LITTLE GREEN SWALLOW and the Western Union Boy PAUL BUNYAN with British Youth Opera and Tiridate RADAMISTO, Vasili MAVRA and Vaudemont IOLANTE at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
